I am so very sorry to hear of Doris's passing.  She was so kind to come to my father's (Marvin Veal) viewing and funeral back in March. She and my mother became very close while their husbands were at the Dallas News together and they traveled to different conventions together.  We have many picture albums of the two couples on different trips.  I will remember her fondly.
